At Lot Scapes we specialize in a unique process for clearing land that utilizes an advanced technology carbide toothed shredder to quickly and efficiently convert undesirable trees, brush and stumps into an appealing mulch material that provides excellent ground cover and erosion control. These Hi-Flow Hydraulic powered tree and brush shredders are driven by either a rubber-track carrier or a custom built excavator to access nearly any terrain. A steep slope, marsh land, or cleaning up around the edge of a pond or river is no problem for our equipment. The low ground pressure of our equipment enables us to work around wetlands or close to a shoreline with no special permitting or silt-fencing required and we can traverse planted grass, sod or paved areas without the rutting and destruction of conventional land clearing equipment. We service all of Metro-Richmond and surrounding Counties in Central Virginia.
